Job Description

We are hiring for your skills to be responsible for an efficient planning and implementation of the digital marketing strategy in alignment with QR’s vision and strategy. Responsible to work ethically and proficiently in a dynamic environment with a teamwork spirit and high level of competences.
Other operational duties would include:
Managing the planning, implementation and execution of the digital marketing plan and ensure that every activity is in alignment with its set objectives and KPIs.
Manage the proper budget for each digital exercise, monitor progress, ensure adherence to approved procurement guidelines and evaluate performance and return on investment (ROI).
Conduct on a quarterly basis a competitive landscaping and assess competitive positioning status as part of the support in developing the airline digital and innovation strategy with line manager
Manage and supervise customers’ engagement programs that are aiming to strengthen the equity of Qatar Airways, drive peak visits to the website and optimize customers’ online experience.
Assess customers’ experiences and develop value-added digital ideas to differentiate the airline’s offer and attracts new passengers acquisition.
Manage all digital initiatives and efforts constructively to optimize Return on Investment (ROI). Implement the Corporate digital brand guidelines across all digital marketing activities and seek necessary approvals from Manager and VP.
In close relationship with research team extract necessary markets and consumers trends data from multiple reliable and efficient resources to measure consumers’ behaviour and expectations.
Be productive and constructive in handling the day-to-day digital marketing requirements from HO and other stations.
Assess brand engagement on social media and propose ideas and solutions.
Assist in research competitive trends and new practise to develop strong and relevant content for digital campaign.
Assist QR subsidiaries in executing their digital marketing requirements up to the standards of Qatar Airways.
Monitor all digital marketing elements and activities, develop necessary reports and ensure to achieve brand consistency.
Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

Qualifications
About You
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Marketing Team.
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
Minimum 4 years of job-related experience
Strong understanding of the recent marketing research trends and environments.
Effective consumers research methodology development, deployment and assessment.
Ability to be a hands-on contributor to the day-to-day research and finding of Qatar Airways.
Experience in research, marketing and media agency.
Prior experience in a multinational company, preferably with an international airline.
Travel industry experience or prior airline experience.
